Welcome to BookEdgeLab (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our lab located at 290 Bremner Boulevard Toronto, ON M5V 3L9 Canada offers cutting-edge bookkeeping services, digital guides, and branded merchandise via our platform BookEdgeLab.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, info products, or goods, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Services

We provide live sessions, custom analysis projects, and ongoing support for bookkeeping demands. All scheduling and scope details will be provided via confirmation emails.

3. Info Products

Our digital guides and tutorials are delivered via electronic download. Access credentials will be sent to the email provided at purchase.

4. Goods

Physical items offered on our site include branded apparel and office tools. Shipping timelines vary by destination and will be noted at checkout.

5. Payment Terms

All fees and prices are listed on BookEdgeLab.com. Payments must be completed prior to delivery or access. Accepted methods include major credit or debit channels. Charges will appear under the merchant name “BookEdgeLab”.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Standard sessions: You may cancel without charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for fee reversal. Custom projects: Fees for bespoke projects are non-refundable due to allocated resources. However, unused time credits may be applied to future services at our discretion.

Scheduling changes: You may request to reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the original date subject to availability.

6.2 Info Products

If access has not been fully utilized or more than 70% of content accessed within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund. To initiate, contact us via Contact Us. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment channel within 10 business days.

6.3 Goods

Unused items in original condition may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers should cover outbound shipping unless the item arrived defective. After inspection, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment channel within 10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on BookEdgeLab.com are owned or licensed by us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum aggregate responsibility for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you under these terms in the preceding 6 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting revisions on BookEdgeLab.com with a new effective date.
